Tong Ge accepted an interview with the Phoenix TV Station

On October 27th 2008, the chief expert of the BJHEI, Mr.Tong Ge, was interviewed by Mr.Zeng Zimo, a famous host in the Phoenix TV Station.

During the interview, Mr.Tong Ge introduced main achievement of his MSM practical researches from perspectives of sexuality, the guiding theory in HIV/AIDS prevention, fundamental human rights, and the thought of subject construction thought. He communicated his own opinions, experience and feelings towards the Chinese MSM issues and explicitly expressed his anti-discrimination standpoint .

With respect to his research product: “MSM Behavior in China: An Investigation of Sex and Self-recognition” and  “Chinese Money Boy Report: a Chinese Male Sex Worker Investigation” Mr.Tong Ge frankly answered the host’s questions, and elaborated on his understanding and opinions of relevant social and theoretical issues.

This interview was made into a special TV edition, which would be transmitted on the Phoenix TV channel.
